400 Watchers!! + Art Giveaway [Closed]

I've been considering doing something like this for a while, but now I think I'll finally bite the bullet and try.

I'm going to be doing a 'raffle' for a free piece of art, by me. It will be a waist-up, digitally coloured picture of one character of your choice (OCs included!) which I'll be posting up to deviantart when its done.
